"I Purchase home alaram system for my house scince i do not have home phone i have to buy celluar syster
So Purchase alaram cell back from this company.
they suppos to give 25 % Discount scince this is the add on to the system i purchase from that..But I Never Get That Off
also th key pad they send me is not working so ask same day to send me difirent kind of key pad .
.the lady keep saying that she gona talk to manager and he or she will give me a call so i wait long enouf for that.
.today (Sep 19 ) when i call and tell that i am sending back she told me she no give me credit.. s
o i told her i am gona dispute my charges bcz i not get The Righe product for my needs and also the motion dector is defective"
