Claimant says:
"I have bought a auto service plan from above auto service station. For the first time, I have handed my wife's 2001 Honda Odyssey for oil change and brake check. Of course both come under free coverage. Handed the around 1300hrs on the 18Oct. Received a call around 3.00PM saying that the break job would cost $750 with parts and labor. However, I rush to the place and bargained to $650.00 and let them work on it. By 0500PM they called me and said that the van is not ready and I would pick up on the 19Oct. Early on the 19Oct around 0800AM, I did my payment of $650.00 and test drove the van and found out the brakes and worst before. Complained to the manager and he told me that even he suspect that master cylinder does not work good and will need to be replaced. The cost for that he quoted $450.00. After bargaining for some time he agreed to get it done for $330.00.
By 0500PM the manager told me that I need to pick up the van before 0510PM as he is leaving at 0520PM. I rushed to the garage wife to get the van and test drove it but it was the same. I told the manager that it is the same and noting better, Payed $980.00 for nothing and need to go to a brake shop again."
