Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered a trial of A"Lasche face cream and eye product.  I looked on the form and did not see any program I was entering into.  When I received the product no phone number or company to contact was written on the invoice.  I received another shipment without ordering it.  i called & was told I was billed $89 twice foor this product.
I was told when I spoke with these people that it was clearly on the internet.  It was not on the site that I used.  When I ordered the sample no company address oir phone number was given. Nor was any price ever given.  i did not know it until I asked.

I have 1800 958 5410 for a number which I had to research to get.  My customer number with them is 1196464

This is clearly to me a underhanded way to sell a product.  Thank you.

If I wanted the product I would have ordered"

"I'd like to know why this ALashe Company is still in business, selling their crap to the American Public. The crappy product simply doesn't work, or maybe it would work on some unblemished 14 year old girl, but not on anyone over the age of 15. My wife bought a Trial jar of their junk, and before we knew it, they shipped us six orders of their crap and charged us over $400. With each order received, we shipped it back and demanded a refund. What we got is they not only refused to accept our return but refused to refund our purchase. I finally got rid of their garbage by throwing it out with the other trash. What the taxpayers of this country should do is consider righting off every payment to ALashe as a charity deduction. But I'm not sure if the IRS would consider those crooked B******ds a charity."

"Yes, this company needs to be closed, they sent me a "TRIAL" to try out, 1. Who sends out a full size of the product to try, 2nd the results are to happen within 4 weeks but they want you to cancel in two. This item can be really assessed as a Board of Health issue as they want back what you don't use. There was not agreement to sign or okay for them to say I give them permission to subscribe, but they have closed my account NOW, so I paid $89.95 charged to my bank for trial size and no I did not call within 14 days as that was not stated neither or they would automatically be considered a subscriber. I placed the TRIAL in October, but they never sent me out any more bottles. I have yet to see any as since I did not wish to continue and had not recieved anymore bottles it was to my assumption that it was just that a trial and if interested THEN and ONLY then should be charged if anything. I have argued with my bank they will not help, and I have banked with them for years now that creates a big conflict there as insufficient fees will now be accrued. They take advantage of people as I finally found a copy of their terms yet they say one thing in one sentence then on down it is worded another way to their advantage..As the consumer they have figured out a NO WIN situation of ever doing any kind of RETURNS to the consumer. I am going to continue my search for agencies that will step up and do something as this is wrong or a fraudulent/scam lawsuit will be filed as well as the ads are misleading and again wording are very contradicted and you think you understand it then go on down and it brings great confusion but the one thing I caught on was to send the unused product back to them, mind you they are not big bottles and to use them everynight for 14 days and that is to us Sunday to Sunday to them they look at it as business days, well we use the product every day not just business...so whoever reads this I say lets jump on the band wagon and get them off the internet advertising as well as I had noticed just recently you can order the cream cheaper on Amazon"

How do you reach this Company? They have been sending me stuff for over a year and I can not get them to STOP. I have tried sending the boxes back and they send them back. I can not find a number to call that someone will answer. Any ideas?

  • Having just hug up with my bank,  these recurring transactions are just the latest wrinkle to get money from unsuspecting aging ladies!  I was charged $89.96 in July for my "free trial" received in June.  I called immediately upon receiving the cream to cancel further shipments.  Today a box arrived with no return address or bill,  just a jar of the unordered cream. I called the number on the bottle and explained I had cancelled immediately,  and was told I had called the sales department,  not customer service! I told her I was calling my bank to dispute payment of cancelled merchandise,  and she said to send back the cream and she would credit my account.  When I said there was no return address,  she said she would credit me without returning  and also credit the July charge which I had not noticed!  I asked for email confirmation,  but she could not send one.  Called the Bank, they are well aware of these schemes and they will handle crediting my account and contacting the company,  the name of which was AGCINCC*CLEARPOURS (I don't recall ever seeing that when I ordered the "free trial")   Bank suggested I make certain the company cancelled future deliveries,  which they said they did,  but I will watch very carefully  from now on,  and the bank will not pay billing from that company without contacting me! Live and learn!

  • This is totally true and this is my experience as of 8/2/17. The website (which I might add cannot find now with those great product reviews) offered a free eye cream (says serum, but It's a cream) for only the cost of s/h $1.95, NOT one word about a trial period, I repeat free product, 30 day supply . Yes, I read it and I would not have done it had it said that. Okay, then you get to the form...now it's an additional $4.95 for another product that seemed un-linkable and expedited s/h $2.49 offered, which I immediately unchecked or so it seemed.  Then I get through the ordering of the "product(s)". Order Summary comes up and luckily I printed out or I wouldn't have been able to prove that. Total s/h $6.85 that being now $1.95 for the moisturizing cream and the "eye serum/cream" $4.95. Okay, again I say. Then later, I see on my card an additional $2.49 Huh? Called and they did refund that charge, taken care of by someone calling himself Arin (2-5 days), did show up on 8/4. A'Lasche lady even called me on the 3rd  to let them know how I liked the product, I said that I would definitely do that, excitedly waiting on my "free product for only s/h", no mention of a trial or trial deadline. And believe it, it would have been cancelled then and there if that word trial had come up!

Product comes a few days later, follow instructions...tried a little, tried a lot, did not work for my eye puffiness, period. Seems that nothing is working for my problem. Okay (again), well it only cost me $6.95 or did it...? 8/15/2017 I get an email alert 12:31 a.m. that I had an $89.96 charge...whaaa the heck? So, I look and it's from UNIQUESKIN? Who the heck is that? Check the previous transactions, Uniqueskin is the the eye cream. Whaaaa? from Florida and the other from California, but all arrived in the same box. I IMMEDIATELY deactivated my card!

Look up and call the number it's after hours 8/15, so I call working hours 8/16. YOU don't really even know the company it's under until the order is totally processed, which by the way A'Lasche Rep said call customer service and they will gladly do a complete refund. I told him about the deactivation and he said I would still be able to receive my full refund, no problem. He then gave me the customer service #800-704-5781. Now speaking with a Miguel,  who proceeded to tell me that the previous representative informed me of the "trial period" (S/H over charge rep.) Miguel who also told me that they don't send out emails, uh not when it comes to telling you that this is a trial product, rather conveniently I might add.  No, he did not and I informed Miguel or whomever I was talking to at the time, that at 63 years of age I do NOT have the need to lie about what was said or not. I was then told that I can get a 25%  and I asked do I have to do my own math now and he said $22.49. Whaaa? Now I am told that it was a trial and that the eye cream had a 14 day trial and the moisturizer has 16 days to cancel, people cancel directly after they get the product...I am sooo sure if you know that you are indeed ordering a trial product!

Since I started this comment I called again speaking with this time, "Edward" while trying to move forward. They are a third party company that deals with several products and 25% is all that they do. I asked about the fact that the product ordered the 2nd didn't arrive until the (I thought the 9th) but was corrected by him as being the 8th. The trial order period starts on the day of the order, which by the way was due to arrive on the 7th...confused. Really? Well me too since my one of many questions was how does a trial period begin before you even get the product? Next I am calling on the 14th day to cancel, NOT the 15th day for what I didn't even know had to be cancelled. How in the heck does that work? I am then told that they don't offer free product (once again)...Whaaa? But I won't be charged for the moisturizer since I cancelled (thank God) before the 16 days were up. We shall see! Now I ask you, doesn't that mean free barring s/h? As the saying goes, If I knew then what I know now, I would have done a screenshot! Funny when talking to "Edward" (person #3, 4 I don't know, lost count) I received two "email" confirmations of cancellation. I said to him and I am saying it again...they are taking people's money under false pretenses and all they can say is "I'm sorry? No, they are not sorry.

Well, there is so much more, and truly I tried to keep this short! There's so much more, just rambling now, I am just soooo angry!

Moral of this story... LOL I just bought a $67.47 lesson plus s/h of "Free/not so free" doesn't work product. Buyer beware, BEWEAR if it's not in the store don't do it!

  • The same thing happened to me. I wanted to return the product earlier because I developed blotchy spot on my face then later became flaky after more than a week of using A Lasche.Like you said, there is no return address so I kept it until I was charged 2 times on a two week interval which I did not notice right away. I got the contact number from my credit card company. I called A lasche and explained everything and asked for a full refund. the representative said they cannot do that because I already opened the product. How can you possibly try a product without opening? They are only offering me 25% refund despite the reaction on my face which I am still trying to fix up to now. I received the product around the second week of July 2017.
