"I signed a contract with Davison. My Idea was the Voice Command Television. I signed a ten page contract and they took my money. This was in NOV 2010. Samsung had just come out with this product but Davison will not return my calls or E-Mails. I am the one who even told them to introduce this idea to Samsung. A Mr. Thasada was the one whom I sgned the contract for. THEY PLAINLY RIPPED ME OFF. I have a degree in computer electronics and another in Criminal Justice. PLEASE HELP!!!!"

  • You claim this was patened in the 90's. You failed consistantly to call me or return my E-Mails. This technology used this way was not patened then or after two months you would have advised me so. I kept getting calls from Mr Thasada for two months telling me not to tell no one. I advised him that I was disabled and did not have the money needed at that time. He told me not to worry about it. I gave him my bank info and advised him to take out money monthly, in which he concurred. After a while he called me and asked me to give him name of TV companies, which I did and Samsung was one of the first three. This tech. was out but not put to use the same way I suggested. He took 15.00 out of my account but I noticed after a few months no more was taken out. Itried to contact you vigorously but you would not call. This technology was out but the use of it the way I have told you wasn't. Mr. Thasada and I had a verbal contract with the written since I told him to take payments which he stopped after the first one. I do not need to know your history because I already know it. Respectfully, William A. Dlubak

  • I have responded to your claims, please read and contact me. I added it to yours. Thank You. Voice Command was patened in the 90's but not the way I told you to use it. I am disabled and this was my idea!!!Not yours or Samsungs.
    Mr Thasada dropped the ball because I told him when I got paid and gave him my permission to take out money monthly. 1 and a half years later my idea was in Samsungs hands!!!. We need to talk about this ASAP!!!!!

    "To Mr. Dlubak;

    Initially, your post stating “they plainly ripped me off” and your implication that Davison stole your idea is FALSE and DEFAMATORY. While this site and the internet in general provide useful forums for consumers to voice their concerns, it does not insulate a person from liability for making actionable statements. We suggest you review PeopleClaim.com’s Terms of Use regarding improper use of their site. Our staff of over 250 people and their families don’t deserve to be defamed by a poster.

    As with all our clients’ projects, your product idea was submitted through use of a Confidentiality Agreement. Davison has adhered to its obligations of confidentiality. Although you entered into a contract for pre-development research services on 12/30/2010, you have not made full payment of the contract fee. To date, you have paid only $15 toward the contract fee; as such, no services under this contract were due to be performed, the contract was cancelled and your payment has been refunded.

    As you disclosed in your post, your idea was “Voice Command Television” which you submitted to us in December of 2010. As stated above, we have maintained your idea in confidence - we have not disclosed it to any third party nor have we developed your idea. Many individuals think they are the first to conceive of an idea. In you case, a brief review of U.S. Patents show embodiments of this idea conceived of and patented at least as early as the 1990s, DECADES BEFORE YOU CONTACTED US. Please see U.S. Patent #5,267,323, as an example.

    For over 22 years, Davison has helped everyday people prepare and present their ideas to corporations, manufacturers, and retailers to see if they would be willing to license the product ideas. Our exclusive idea to product method is responsible for more products on the store shelves than any other competitor in this industry.
