"back in april 2013 I rcvd a call from wj merchant funding looking for investment money to open business acounts looking for money at a lower rate then they were currently getting from other banks. after a hard sell from a very smooth man who guarenteed me my investment back in 60days I agreed to make a $9,000.00 investment. within 30days, I couldn't get my calls returned. Then realizes what had happened, I called my credit card company and challenged the charge as a scam. Now, 10 mos. later I just got a call back from my mastercard company saying that it went into arbitration and it did not go in my favor. I am blown away with all the information I had given them, the result still went against me. Is there anything you can do to help me recoup this $9,000. charge to my credit card. I am never going to pay this back. any help is welcomed.
