"Hired them to do a mortgage modification on my house and they told me they were going to do all this stuff back in Oct 2012.Have called them dozens of times and also sent emails to find out what was going on and never got any reply back from them.Now I'm even farther behind and have to hire somebody to help me out and keep me from foreclosure. Want my refund back and also would like to be paid for damages and all my time and stress over the last few months."

  • Have copys of all emails and correspondence between me and the Jameson Group.Have copys of all documents and attachments they sent to me as well as the retaner agreement and checks that were paid to them.Had contact with four people and they are:Jackie Treehorn,Jason Dennison,Derek Rivers and Heidi Hernandez and they all used the same phone number:1-888-503-2805 with differance extensions:101,106,109,112 but they all had differance fax numbers:424-231-5242 ,424-234-5236, 424-239-6262, 1-800-764-0920.When needs copys of things will send all of it if needed.

  • You should immediately contact your state’s Attorney General’s office, specifically the Consumer Fraud division. Also, you can file a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission’s website, and through the Homeowner’s Hope Hotline. Your particular state’s Attorney General’s office may be able to help you in obtaining a refund from this particular group. In addition, foreclosures can move quickly. If you have your original mortgage note, you should take a look to see if there is a “power of sale” clause contained in it. If there is, it means your mortgage company can bypass the court system and proceed with a foreclosure auction. A HUD approved housing counselor can assist you in this process, please do not hesitate to contact one to help you.
