Claimant says:
"Planet Fitness is a complete scam. They have been billing me for fraudulent bills on a credit card of mine that they obviously got from someone else. They have been sending me these threatening kind of emails asking me to clear this up immediately. When I go to the website that they request me to go. To 'to clear up the matter', I'm unable to get anyone the line to help me because they want my membship #. I don't have a membership # so they say 'sorry, we need that in order to help you'. When I go to the corporate website I found Googling, I'm still not able to send anything because I'm blocked from here and there for any number of stupid reasons. They clearly don't want to help me. I'm going to send them a certified letter tomorrow and a very good rep from Capaital One is trying to help me as and will try to get them and me on a 3-way call tomorrow. I pray that is what works."

  • I want to make this clear. I agree to accept your proposed settlement of $1006.95 from you to pay to me for fraudulently billing me for years. I am not going to pay one this dime to Planet Fitness. I have at least 5 years of documentation that I have been a patient of several Dr's for back and neck pain and had a neck operation to fuse 3 of my vertebraes as they were discentigrating and there would be absolutely no way any of those Dr's would have allowed me to work out at a gym.

  • I am not getting a response from Planet Fitness to resolve this complaint. I chose to take them up on their offer to take the $1006 that they offered themselves earlier. My acceptance of this offer would resolve the complaint and close it for both of us. Why are they now not agreeing to the offer that they themselves made? This has gone on too long and I will not be deterred.

  • If anyone else has been the victim of fraudulent billing on one of your credit cards or even your debit card account I am asking you to please help me get back $1006.92 from "PLANET FITNESS". I was never a member of one of their clubs yet they fraudulent billed me for I do kmt know how long. They billed under a different name that I didn't pick up on. Please go in on a mediators site "PeopleClaim" and access my file # 5749763 and please send them a message of your support for me. I would be eternally grateful for your support. Thank you.

  • I am a CHRONIC PAIN MANAGEMENT PATIENT AND NONE OF MY DR's would ever approve of me doing something like this. I want a full refund of all of the money I have been fraudulent billed by your company. I don't even know where any of your clubs. I've had neck disc fusion surgery about 5 years ago and a partial knee transplant about a year ago. You fraudently billed a chronic pain patient who goes to get pain medication once a month and someone who get ESI's ( Epidurala Steriodal Injections ) every 3-4 months. How low can you possible go? Don't you even worry about what kind of publicity you would scurry get from this??? You are cold and heartless. I want you to settle this matter by giving me back all of the money you stold from me. You are a thief!!!! You pick on the older generation that have too many things on their minds and on their plates and you sneak in this payments hoping you'll get someone that takes about 13 different medications just to make it thru the day. You are blood-suckers. You know that the charges you billed me would amount to nothing to a major corporation like you but means a GREAT deal to a person like me who is not lives alone and works from paycheck to paycheck due to all of my many medical bills. You are cold and heartless and you need to refund the money you billed me that was NEVER used by me.
