Claimant says:
"For the past couple months I have been paying services for two smartphones data plans $160.00. I never was late on paying my bill. I have been with nextel sprint since 2004. I never had a problem until about a couple months ago and now the service is horrible because of some updating of 4g lte service. I understand that things take time, but I tried to hang on to the service because I like it, but I think it was time to change n I just had a child n my girlfriend couldn't get a hold of me so we thought it's time for a change of service. Before filing this claim I called sprint about my services and told them that I wanted them to waive my canceling fees which they did not and I had a supervisor give the short story that I guess I hadn't complained enough. I find it hard to believe after all this time they would treat me the way they did because I was honest about how I felt about sprint never bad mouthing them n even told them I would come back if the service got better. I went cancelled both of my lines and I am now with Verizon."
