  • Here's a great solution: a phone number to call! As a rule of thumb, I wont do business with any one any more if you can't call customer support!

  • I also refresh the page every 3 or 4 people bidding. Stiwin would be the only application running.
I bid on the fourth second and no later.
And I'm not talking about placing 30 or 200 bids! I've put in any where from 550 to 850 bids and I never seem to have enough to beet any one!
How many bids does one need to win? 2000 or 3000 THOUGHSAND?
    I still would not win!

  • Hello! 1. Like it was suggested, refresh your screen more frequent and don't download anything while you are bidding! 2. If you plan come and win iPhone with 30 bids good luck! Well of course miracles sometimes happens, but it took me 267 bids to win one! But it is still more than 80% off, so I'm totally cool with that! Got it yesterday!

  • After reading this, I simply did refresh my screen every time I saw the Processing sign instead of the timer and everything was fine, no stupid surprises with the timer lags afterwards. It is just typical thing with the Internet mate, try to refresh your screen every time you see the processing sign - it will help.

  • We're very sorry if your bid wasn't registered by the Stiwin servers in time. To be absolutely certain that you avoid the problem of "Internet lag times" don't leave your bidding until the last second, or use the BidButler to place your bids."

  • 17. What means "Processing" sign which sometimes appears instead of the auction timer?

When you see "Processing" sign, this means that there was a packet lost somewhere between your PC and our server and your PC didn't receive latest auction timer updates. Once you refresh your screen, you will receive latest update on the auction timer and either you will be the winner, or you will be able to make further bids, or some else is won.

  • I bid on the same auction and once experienced the same thing you are describing here, I also I though I have won the auction, but then, after few seconds some other people placed the bids on auction I was bidding. I had mixed thoughts, so I did a little research on their website and in the their Help section I found following Q
