Claimant says:
"i used this plumbing company, owned and operated by Mr. Donald Rock back in 2010 to install a new water line. that worked out OK. this month of April i had a toilet back up, so i called someone i though i could trust. on April 4 Mr. rock came out and snaked the toilet drain and removed some roots . he told me what he needed to do (run the snake, insert a probe to see what the problem was. on the 5th he told me he would charge me $ 2900.00 to reset toilet, toilet flange, pipe from toilet to the header pipe, repair the basement floor that was torn-up . First he asked for $1500.00 down and $1400..00 after the finished job. so now he snaked outside an gave me another price, and asked for the $ 2900.00 up front, and was going to charge me another &3900.00. this i said no to . so he said he would work with me on that price and give him the $ 2900.00. So on the 5th i gave him the $2900.00, and he was to bring back the written contract for the inside work. Now the check cleared on the 6th of April. Still no contract was given to. so i called him and told him i needed the receipt. I called him on the 7th. he said he some truck issues. this person kept on stalling me. Finally he returns on the 19th and started working in the basement and his helper was digging outside.we sat down and talked out what would be his next step. so i agreed. he finished digging the trench and surring up the trench with plywood sheets the next day on the 20th. this time he brought the contract. so i gave him another check for $2472.18 on the 20 of April.On the 21 while his helper was down digging, it started raining. We knew it was going to rain the next day, so he tells me on that Thursday he would be back on Monday the 25. he was a no show on monday, i called on tuesday, and the call goes to voice mail, called wednesday and left him a message to call me . no call that day. I called on thursday . it goes to voice mail. Today is the 29th of April no call from him. It seems i can't get in touch with him. i would like for him to finish the job we agreed upon and leave or give me my money back"
