Claimant says:
"In March 2013, I hired Mr. Schillinger to represent me in a lawsuit against Mr. Jacob Zakrzewski, for which I gave him $3,000. In June we won a default judgement. Mr. Schillinger then asked for an Informational Subpoena which was never returned. Mr. Schillinger promised he would go after Mr. Zakrzewski for contempt of court which, to this date has not been done. Even though I have called Mr. Schillinger's office at least 2 dozen times, he has not given me the decency of a phone call back, and now one of his secretaries has become very rude and impatient with me. Not the way a professional office should behave in my opinion. I feel he should give me my money back if he does not want to fulfill his end of the contract, so that I may pursue this matter with another attorney. One who shows a bit more ambition. Thank you and I hope to get this resolved."
