Claimant says:
"I own a duplex at 1071 Forest View Ellettsville Indiana 47429. In the fall of 2012 the units had the siding and roofs replaced due to hail damage. I had NEVER had a leak in my house until the new roof was put on. There was a line in the living room ceiling. I had just paid $4000 to have my place mold free which included the attic. Kent Bensen worked for the company at the time and promptly came out to address the issue. Then a few months later the line reappeared and got much worse. the paint has peeled off and there are 5 spots beside the line about the size of quarters. Kent no longer works for the company but gave me Jeremy Bensens name and phone number. He finally called me back in April of 2014 when the ceiling got really bad and was going to come look at it. He never did and all summer I have tried texting and leaving voice mails and he has NOT RESPONDED ONE TIME. I no longer live there and am trying to sell it. I'm now afraid there is water in the attic and I have wasted $4000 for a mold free place. 812 325 3117 is the phone number I was given. The address is 5101 North Logan View Bloomigton Indiana. I'm sure it is an day fix but not a high priority. It's getting worse and under warranty."
