Claimant says:
"I am a resident at one of the properties South Terrace@Auburn in Durham NC. On the early morning of August 14, 2015, I had just got home from work just to find out that my car had been towed. My car has the proper tags and I had my residential sticker in my window. Once I realized what had happened I informed my daughter and we went to find my car that was hanging off the back of the two truck and the driver was putting it back on the truck. I had some choice words for him and his partner and I let him know that he was towing illegally and I wanted my car. He stated that I could get it in the morning for 250.00. Here is the.complaint the parking on this property has not been addressed at all. The parking spaces are not clearly marked, there is nothing on this property that says no parking except for handicap. I am mad, upset, and bewildered. I pay my rent on time but have no where to park my car when I work late, which is not safe for there is also very poor lighting. I wrote letter and sent it certified mail and it took them 2 weeks just to send back the card. What is next? Please advise. Thank you for your time."
