Diana M. says: Absolutely not.
The State of California requires all business located outside of California to have an AGENT FOR SERVICE on file with the California Secretary of State's office.

A claim will be filed in Small Claims courts as soon as the Agent for Service can be identified. The Business Search for AT&T, Inc. provided an Agent for Service in Delaware not in California.

My claim is for:
HARASSMENT from AT&T's employees
CHANGES to my ACCOUNT without my authorization (many times)
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES to my ACCOUNT that did not belong to me PHONES that did not work properly
EXCESSIVE time on the phone with AT&T (AT&T does not show 611 minutes)
NO SERVICE where I live, cannot call out nor receive any calls
PAID for DATA that I NEVER requested nor used.
PAID for late fees, re activation, increased surcharges, government fees, and taxes the were NEVER credited back to my account.
NO Explanation has ever been given to me about the changes, etc.

This is not how I intended this matter to be resolved but I have wasted many hours communicating or TRYING to communicate with AT&T's Customer Service, AT&T's Billing, AT&T's Tech Support, AT&T's Sales, and most importantly, AT&T's Secretary for the President, Ms Africa Williams.

April 16, 2017 makes a year sense I've heard back from "ANYONE" at AT&T and my problems have NOT BEEN RESOLVED and I continue paying late fees on my bill that I am not responsible for.

Bonnie P. says: I have been waiting since 3/9/17 to a dispute I filed with AT&T, regarding an additional charge entitled, "One-7ime Usage Charge" for $21.87. Neither your customer service rep (Jessica) nor Manager (Rebecca) could explain the reason for this charge. To date, I have not received any reply from AT&T regarding my dispute and will continue to alert the BBB as to the status on this issue. I wish to be reimbursed the $21.87 immediately. These continual increases in billing are becoming ridiculous, especially when the employees can't even explain the reason for the additional fee.

Robert W. says: They do not respond to your complaints!!!
They overcharge you for services and bill you for services you never ask for!!!
When you call them they put you on hold and let you hang there for 10 or 15 minutes
and then they disconnect. Nice job AT&T you guys should be proud to know that you
just screwed another customer.
