Claimant says:
"Bought 2002 BMW M5 from this business on June 6th, 2018 and so far no title has been received. They have been hardly reachable via phone or any means of communication. I just found out they went out of business so I reached out to the manager who signed the bill of sale and she explains it should be on its way to me but I have been hearing that over last three months. All I want is get my title anytime soon, and prefer not to go through complicated legal issues, but at the same time, I am willing to undertake a legal action against people who do not their duties as promised. If anyone out there who has the same issue, we could collectively file a suit. If you had the same issue and resolved it, I would appreciate your advice.
