D.P.
( I copied D.R. and pasted the complaint well said)

I am with the past complaints from D.R ect, they mistreat all that are elderly, handicap, disabled. We complain to regional, to Corp and they didn't care about any thing. I am disabled too. Have been harassed, cursed out, yelled at. No respect from her favorites, nothing done to correct the issues. I wrote complaints, left messages at the office. NOTHING TO THIS DAY HAS BEEN DONE! REALLY!!
When I would complain she would roll her eyes!!! Really she is there because of us, we pay her salary. I have recorded our conversation because she will lie and say I didn't say that, or you didn't say this or that.
Over worked maintenance staff. Office manager she is rude, don't care, unprofessional, bullys the elderly, handicap, disabled. As D.R. stated (They do in fact discriminate on this property, racial, gender and disabled Discrimination. They do not follow fair housing laws.) When you come in all is good, the assistant manager she was awesome very helpful. The Manager was never there at the time I came to this complex. The manager wears the name MANAGER! She put signs DO NOT DISTURB to avoid her tenants. Puts sign on door in training??? We as tenants pay her salary for her to take care of issues not to avoid the issues. Most of the tenants I have meet have said they don't want to deal with a ignorant unporfessional, drug addict. They need to test her for drugs. The assistant manager advised us about her ways are because of that. She quit because she was done with her as well. Like D.R. said they have gone through so many many staff because of her. Many have left because of it, I am as well leaving. But that does not mean I am stopping what I started. SOMETHING needs to be done. This complex is very nice, could be better, hate to leave but my health is more important than trying to deal with an addict. Also a rapist, and a molester living on the property just shows how much they care about there tenants. I pray that this complain does not go to deaf ears.
SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!
I would come back, if things get better and she is gone. In jail for abuse to elder, and disabled.

Bt W. says: Wilhoit Properties has a history of not making repairs; neglecting emergencies that have resulted in serious health problems & environmental hazards. Wilhoit trains mgmt to harass, intimate, exploit tenants, demand money for charges they fraudulently claim is due; they have sent renewal lease charges to tenants that are several hundred dollars above the posted rent (actual $415.00 to $735.00) and when another tenant question mgmt. they lied and denied. When produced the written renewal with $735.00 mgr grabbed it as if they were going to dispose of the written proof until informed that several more copies had been made. They use harassing intimidating tactics towards tenants in attempt to resolve a simple issue by 24hr or 3-day eviction notices of which most times are clerical errors of management - only one time did management send apology notices of wrongful threat to evict. Propery employees illegally enter tenants apartments, steal personal property and use property maintenance building as a flea market to sell acquired items. Propery employees seek out tenants who obviously have health problems and pain, asking tenants if they have pain medication: They also seek tenants attempting to sell/traffic illegal drugs. This particular property has successfully harassed and intimidated numerous tenants and neglected repair requests for years until tenants were overwhelmed and moved out. Management -corporate generally targets the elderly, mentally disabled and anyone who requests repairs of which they neglect. Every tenant who has ever contacted corporate has been harassed and targeted. There are numerous current tenants with repair requests that have been neglected for years; many former tenants moved off property after being harassed/ intimidated. If they fire an employee, they threaten employee not to file unemployment. The unethical, unprofessional and illegal tactics that are common methos of operation within this corporation."
