"They received a bank wire that was suppose to be recalled and they havent returned my 17,000.00
I sent a request by phone , by letter and no response.  So now I'm seeking legal assistance.  It has cause great stress, hardship on me and my family.  i dont feel it was right to let Dave paplow take this money and not do what he was supposed to with it.  It wasnt used for what its intended.  I'm request a full refund immediately.  Or charges will be filed ."
