Claimant says:
"My home is financed with them and with the work as it is I fell behind on my note, 30 days ago they told me they were starting foreclosure on my property I needed to come up with 3440.16 to be caught up I tried to come up with all of it but I had a death in the family and so I tried to send $2000.00 and the next week I called to send $900.00 they refused all the money now they want me to pay $7494.16 to an atttorney in that cost is Payment, late charge, property inspections, appraisal/BPO, Sheriff commission and attorney fees. If they would have tried to work with me I would not have all these extra charges, I have tried asking to work with me with my note for almost a year the answer is always that I don't quilify for any of there programs. Please let me know if there is any thing else that can be done to help me save my house. Thanks Joni Defelice Larson."
