Claimant says:
"They bought out, or somehow took over for Soft Touch Dental. which I had enjoyed doing business with. shortly after taking over I started receiving letters and phone calls saying that I still owed a little over 1500 dollars for past services. I explained the facts repeatedly over and over and over. It took over a year for them to get it straightened out. No apologies. and I have always had procedures and costs explained prior to having work done so that I could decide if I could afford it. which I caught them charging me for services that weren't performed. after not having my teeth cleaned for a year waiting for them to fix their billing. And then again I started getting bills for things that were never talked about. I questioned this with the office manager. She wouldn't answer my question so to avoid a confrontation. I left. I got in my truck, she came running out screaming and cussing at me. She picked up a rock the size of a baseball and she said she would through it at my face! She then through it down and it almost went through her front window. She then flips me off, and went back inside. there was a moment that I feared for my life."

  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "It is unclear what the issue is and what patient wants. Patient has been provided detailed statements showing services provided, their costs, amounts paid by insurance, and remaining portion owed by patient. Wellness Springs Dental will be pursuing patient for sums owed.

    The allegation of patient being charged for services not performed is not correct. One error did occur on a prior statement and it was immediately fixed.

    The allegation regarding an office manager chasing patient into parking lot is without factual basis and does not even merit a response. "
