"I BOUGHT A KIRBY SWEEPER ON NOVEMBER 18, 2015. THEY TOOK BOTH SWEEPERS WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY SWEEPER BACK. I DROVE TO REYNOLDSBURG TO PICK IT UP NOT KNOWING I HAD A BAD KNEE AND I SHOULD NOT CARRY ANYTHING HEAVY. WELL IT WAS ON NEW YEARS EVE AND THE GUY RUSHED ME, SO I DID NOT GET MINE. THE SWEEPER I HAVE OF THEIRS BLOWS DURT EVERYWHERE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY SWEEPER BACK I STILL HAVE THE INVOICE WITH THE MODEL # ON IT WHICH I GAVE TO THEM. I AM DUE TO HAVE SURGERY ON THE KNEE AND I CAN NOT CARRY OR DO STEPS. WHEN I DO GET HOLD OF THEM I KEEP TELLING THEM THAT AND THEY NEED TO BRING ME MY SWEEPER TO ME.

I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY SWEEPER AND I HAVE DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE. THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY WILL GET BACK WITH ME AND THEY DON'T. I EVEN CALLED THE MAIN HEADQUARTER HERE IN OHIO TO GET IT BACK. I TALKED TO THEM YESTERDAY AND I GOT THE SAME RUN AROUND THEN I REMEMBERED THE NIGHT THEY WAS HERE AND TOOK BOTH SWEEPERS ONE OF THE HOUSE THAT WAS 2 DOORS DOWN CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY SHOWED UP SO WHEN I TOLD HER THAT SHE TOLD ME TO CALL THEM AND THAT EVEN MADE ME MADDER. SO IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO GO OUT AND GET A CHEAP SWEEPER COMPARE TO MY KIRBY I HAD. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. MY KIRDY STILL LOOKED LIKE NEW. I EVEN TOLD THEM ABOUT MY PROBLEM WHY I CAN NOT COME AND GET IT.
