Claimant says:
"On Aug. 28 2013 I sent Steve Prescott at Vipair Performance $3167.00 plus $925.00 worth of car parts to cover in carbon fiber. The parts are from a 2004 Dodge Viper. I was given a completion time of 3 weeks. It has now been 6 months and after numerous phone calls and e-mails I have been given excuse after excuse and was told at least 15 times that the items ''will ship tomorrow'' I have had to take action with my credit card company's fraud division and will pursue legal action to get compensated for the parts sent to him as he refuses to send them back to me. He did try to put some unusable parts in a box and sent them to me so he could show the credit card company that I had received the parts, but as soon as I opened the box and saw the broken parts in the box I sent them back to him via fed-ex with a tracking #. I also took several photos of the items to show the credit card company what he tried to do. I will be glad to share the photos of the ''work'' he did on these parts if anyone would like to see them. My e-mail is jsrcallahan@comcast.net. Steve Prescott at Vipair has been very uncooperative and has shown little desire to correct the situation and make things right. He even told me that Viper owners think that the world revolves around them and that he is not impressed at all with the new Viper or the owners. That is a very insulting thing to say about Viper owners considering he has been selling viper parts for over 9 years. I forgot to mention that I also registered a complaint with the IC3. an FBI website where you can file for consumer fraud."
