Claimant says:
"Paid him money to do a Bankruptcy and never did a thing took my money!! Paid the agency month payment for over 2 years. I'll call and they assured me they were still in process and almost to the end they would call and email and mail letter saying they needed paper work of my Bank statements and all kinds of other paper work...I send originals!!! I ask them to give my money back and they said they couldn't cause it was all in process.. after 2 1/2 yrs. they send my information to some other law firm and wanted more money, I refused...finally I called Vincent D Howard Law office and asked why was the other Law firm wanting more money $800.00 more...Spoke to a gentleman Jason and told him your Law firm took $3,458.00 and nothing was ever done!!! I want my money back, he said that had given my money to the new Attorney....both firms went back and finally (other) law firm returned $1,624.00... but I want the remainder from Vincent D Howard P.C. Law firm owes me...I don't want to say the other Attorneys name since he sent me 1,600.00...I would like my Vincent D. Howard P.C. to return $1,600.00 ASAP I'm so tired of fighting and stressing and losing sleep."

  • As of today 7/2/2016 ...I've heard nothing I've called and have spoke to Jason one of the paralegal and he has asked me to quit calling that it could take up to 60 days! I need my money! please help me!!

  • Let me make sure I understand you correctly: you paid $3,458 towards filing bankruptcy but never achieved bankruptcy? Did either firm give a reason for bankruptcy not being filed?
