"I CALLED VG APPLIANCE TO TAKE A LOOK AT MY DRYER BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T START, THE TECHS NAME WAS VICTOR HE TOOK A LOOK AT THE DRYER AND SAID THE CIRCUIT BOARD WAS THE PROBLEM REPLACED THE BOARD IT STILL DIDN'T START,HE TOOK ANOTHER LOOK AT THE DRYER AND SAID IT WAS THE CONTROL PANEL HE REPLACED THE PANEL IT DID THE SAME THING IT DIDN'T START, FINALLY HE SAID IT HAD TO BE THE WALL OUTLET GUESS WHAT IT WASN'T THAT. WE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT VG APPLIANCE IT COST ME $223.66 TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T FIX MY DRYER, NO RETURN CALLS AND NO MONEY."

  • I agree with Koenig, They should make an offer and show some good faith. its not the customer's fault that VG couldn't fix the machine and they seemed to be experimenting with his money instead of figuring out what was really wrong from the start.

    Do the right thing VG Appliances. We'd love you for it.
