Claimant says:
"Vermont Mutual insurance paid me for the main pipe under the ground collapsed and I have to have my marvel floor dug out to replace the iron cast with pipe plastic pipe. was supposed to pay me the left over money have after I did the job in my basement for marble replacement after I have done the job just like they ask me to do the work and show them Invoice for $5000 which I did. they refuse to give me telling me the time limit is over Which there was no statement t when they said. Vermont mutual said I can do up to $9,000 limit to endorse me Which I didn't at that time because of the economy
year 2010 and also I have to save money to do the job after I pay my mortgage, Water, insurance and utilities and ask them to reimburse for the money I spent which is not fair,
I pay them every year 3, 600 for more than 10 years. Now they are trying to cancel my policy. what kind of company is they take your money and when it comes to give money they give you hard time not fair."

    The company recently received correspondence directing it to your website. The company reviewed the posting referencing the name of its policyholder and in response has directed a written response to its named insured.

    The company’s contractual relationship with its policyholder, respect for its policyholders’ privacy, and regulations governing the company’s disclosure of personal information preclude it from making any further entries on your system.
    Vermont Mutual makes every effort to resolve the claims of its policyholders in a manner which is consistant with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy and in accordance with applicable regulations and the law.

Message from Claimant: Vermont Mutual refuse the offer to the claim up to $9000 if I finish the work and present the invoice which I did for less money $5355.72.
The company takes my payment every month but when it comes to payment, they give you hard time specially the claim supervisor Joel Dyke.
