Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I was charged by Verizon $942 for one line for international calls. I had an international plan and according to them I called in October and had it removed. i know I did not have it removed because my son did not return to the states until December 22, 2015 and possibly would have renewed his contract and returned January 10, 2016 so I was waiting until after that time to discontinue the plan. I have spoken with 15 different representatives from Verizon and was told tht Armando had reviewed my statements and that he has noted that I should receive a $830 credit. He called me and I missed the call and called him right back without being successfully connescted to him. I was then told by the representative that they can see where he has recorded that I should be credited $830 but he would have to speak with me to confirm this before it could happen. I was told that he would be e-mailed and should call me back and resolve this issue. I never received another call from him. The representative before the last one I spoke with said her manager was opening the case for him and sending it to him to complete since they could not do it because they are not the person who reviewed the statements and came up with the credit. Again, I heard from no one. The last person I spoke with said they had no way to contact Armando and that the records show he researched the statements but I did remove the international plan and all they can offer me is a 10% discount. They said that they have no way of reaching Armando because he is a contractor that work for Verizon. I have had verizon for over 10 years and have paid whatever my bill is but I should not have to pay for the error of one of their representatives because they removed my international plan.
