Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy 7. (Or so I thought, I later found out that it is the curve) The first day I had the phone, the battery had to by charged twice in the same day and was overheating. As a concerned customer, I called Verizon and they told me to go change the phone no problem. I went into to store and they explained that because of the processing power and switching things over that this is normal and wouldn't let me switch to an I-phone like I had decided to do. The guy who sold me the phone also talked me into a screen protector that didn't even belong to the phone and broke within 24 hours. I was directed to Zagg and bought a new cover that fits the phone, but because of the curve, the screen cracks on a weekly basis. The phone turns off 1 to 5 times a day and today my phone won't even turn on and the phone is not even three months old. Because the "warranty" is only 14 days I am now stuck with an nonworking $700 phone"
