"I PURCHASED A 2005 KIA SERENTO ON7/02/2016 VIN KNDJC733255401361 FOR THE AMOUNT OF $4514.30. AFTER PURCHASE I DROVE THE SAID VEHICLE FOR LESS THAN 30 MINUTES AND THE SAID VEHICLE STOPPED RUNNING WHILE I WAS TRAVELING ON THE FREEWAY. TERRIFIED FOR MY SAFETY I CALLED THE STATE POLICE AND THEY ASSISTED ME AND CALLED A LOCAL TOW COMPANY, WHERE IT WAS TOWED TO DICK HANNA KIA OF VANCOUVER. BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAY THEY RESPONDED BACK TO ME ON 7/05/2016 AND TOLD ME THERE WERE MULTIPLE CODES WHY THE VEHICLE FAILED.CODES PO342, PO122, PO102,AND PO304. THE ESTIMATE TO GET MY VEHICLE TO POSSIBLY RUN WAS OVER 2,000.00 NOT GUARANTEEING IT TO RUN PROPERLY. AFTER THE QUOTE I GOT A SECOND OPINION FROM MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER. AND HAD IT TOWED TO THEIR LOCATION. THEY AGREED ON THE CODES, AND STARTED WITH THE MOST OBVIOUS FOR NON STARTING. WHICH WAS THE CAM POSITIONING SENSOR. MEINEKE SHOWED ME THE PART AND IT WAS OBVIOUSLY BROKEN.THEN CONTINUED TO GO TO THE NEXT CODE FOR NO START WHICH WAS CYLINDER 4 MISS FIRE. THEY SHOWED ME THE BROKEN PART. I AUTHORIZED REPAIR OF THE VEHICLE FOR HALF THE PRICE. WHEN MEINEKE STARTED THE VEHICLE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE BEING TOWED. COOLANT WAS POURING OUT OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE COOLANT RESEVOIR. IT WAS IMMEDIETLY TURNED OFF AND I ORDERED A NEW COOLANT RESEVOIR.AFTER INSTALLATION OF THE NEW COOLANT RESEVOIR AND STARTED THE VEHICLE EXHAUST GASES CAME OUT OF THE RESEVOIR AND COOLANT CAME OUT OF THE TAILPIPE, ALONG WITH WHITE SMOKE. MEINEKE INFORMED ME THE HEAD GASKEY WAS BAD.!!!! AFTER MY CAR BROKE DOWN I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY ASKED WHY I WAS HEADING BACK TO THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULDNT COME BACK BECAUSE I PURCHASED THE CAR AS IS. THEN I HAD MY MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER CALL THEM AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE AND SAID WE WERE NO LONGER ALLOWED ON THE LOT. THEN THEY THREATENED TO SUE US FOR HARRASSMENT. I TOLD THEM I WAS SUING THEM FOR SELLING ME AN UNSAFE CAR. THEY TOLD ME THE JUDGE WILL LAUGH ME OUT OF COURT AND I WILL NOT WIN MY CASE. THEY TOLD ME IT HAD A CLEAN TITLE AND IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST CARS THEY HAD. TOTALLY NOT TRUE. THEY PROVIDED FALSE INFORMATION TO ME AND MY MOTHER. THE RECEIPTIONIST TOLD ME GRANDMOTHER TO FUCK OFF WHEN WE TRIED TO RETURN THE CAR. WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR THAT IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS TO COME BACK AND HE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE. HE WAS CONCERENED WITH HOW WE WERE PAYING FOR THE CAR AND WOULD ONLY EXCEPT CASH PAYMENT. I AM PERMANETLY DISABLED AND JUST WANTED A CAR THAT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE. THIS WAS ALL THE MONEY I HAD IN THE WORLD AND I CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. IT WAS THE BIGGEST DISSAPPOINT OF MY LIFE."
