Claimant says:
"On November 24th 2013 my wife and I purchased a hot tub from this company for $2,600. We were told that delivery would be on February 2nd 2014. That day came and went with no call. I called and found out that there was going to be a delay until April 30th. That day came and went with no call. I called and found out there would be another delay until July 2nd. I complained and they said they'd send a 10% refund and an advance shipment of hot tub filters. They never arrived and we never got the 10% back. I cancelled the order and received cancellation confirmation for a full refund in writing on 20th May 2014. After several broken written promises of the date of our refund check we still have not received our money back and have no confirmed date when it will be sent. This is as of today's date June 22nd. Crystal (possibly spelt Krystal) is their customer service manager, I have all her/the companies broken written promises saved. Our faith in this company has been reduced to less than zero by the simple fact that everything that they have ever stated has been false. My wife and I want our money back, and given the circumstances, I don't see why there should be a delay. We will fight this complete injustice until that happens by whatever means it takes."
