"I bought a hot tub in Dec. 2 2013 and still have not received it i paid 5800 dollars they keep giving excuses i need my money back i bought one that was suppose to be in stock not the color i wanted but they said it would be delivered Dec. 23 2013 so i ordered it because i wanted it then i took out my old one but still have not received they said it was stuck in customs if it was in stock why would it be stuck in customs . then to cold to deliver then they needed to test , sold it then he told me it was sold to a different person and they would get it to me in the next 2 weeks then said she had one there that it would be sent out on the 25 of April i told he i would give her one more chance but never herd from her please help me get my money back she keeps doing this to many people i seen it on BBB thank you for your help"

  • you still keep lying to me. you told me you were sending it to me a week ago i see you r sales email is sale@hottubsandportablespas.com at 8812 Sawtelle way, unit E Sacramento Ca. 95826 i will picket out side your store if i don't get this week may 19 2014 i think 5 month is yaw to lone to wait for a hot tub to be delivered.bought it from u and then i'm told that value point distribution is the one to talk to i don't like this at all It is no way to run a business if u cant handle the delivery u should not own the business i think all of this is bull judy whitney upset
