"Ordered a hot tub for $4700 in the fall of 2013. Never received hot tub and after numerous emails back and forth decided to cancel order in May of 2014. They promised to refund the money but never did. Contacted lawyer in June 2014 who had not luck contacting company. Contacted both Attorney Generals office in Kansas (where I live) as well as California AG office. Still no luck and the case was dropped. These crooks still have my money and still appear to be in business as of Oct 2015. Please help! Nobody else has been successful."
