Claimant says:
"In March 2015, I was having some problems with my computer which is an HP touch screen, newly bought. Some how I was connected with VSUPPORT and they went to work on my computer.I was very impressed but when it came to the charge, $999.95. They also seem to have different prices as reading your complaints about them. Today I received a phone call from a rep. that I could not understand and had to ask for another tech. An IVIN came on and by the way every time I did need their services I was connected to five or six techs, then he would be gone and another one connected. Got frustrating. Today they called and said my security was compromised and I needed to fix it. They took control of my computer pushed my curser around and then told me for them to fix it would cost me another $999.95. I thought that I had coverage and service for all problems and that I would never have to worry for 10 yrs. He pressured me to give him permission to go ahead and take the extra service or whatever. I said no, as I was ashamed that I was so foolish to pay $999.95 in the first place. I said I wanted to think about it and he wandered for how long. He would call me back in 5 minutes. I said a day and he said he would call me tomorrow. I got on my computer and pulled up my Norton. It was scanned and they found no problems. My security was fine.
VSUPPORT pulled up a list and said that I only had 2% firewall working on security and I needed this extra protection. I want my money back minus the year that it was in effect and used their service. I feel that I was duped and taken advantage of, that it is a scam."
