Claimant says:
"I was offered a gift offer, which I use to order books for my graduate studies from MBS direct in total close to $250. I did not receive the books and called MBS. I was told the books have been returned and the gift offer has expired. Now, I did not receive any receptor confirmation from the post office that the books are there at the post or I was not in when they came to deliver it. This is the third time the post office in Irvington NJ is acting in this manner. There was an instance in September of 2013 where I called the MBs and they told me the books are at the post office. I therefore went for the books. Here, the post office gave no notice of whatever that indicating my absence. I am deeply affected by the negligence of the post office.
I called the MBS on 01/06/2014. I was told the post office came to deliver it and I was not in. They kept the books and later returned them.
