Claimant says:
"on 12/4/2014 my wife was on our desktop computer when a notice came up that we had a virus and to call this number. Upon calling this number they said that we needed computer security and that what we had wasn't good enough, so we purchased theirs for $299.99 on our discover card. Then on 12/27/2014 they contacted us and said that we had a problem and needed internet security which cost us and other $199.99. Then low and behold they contacted us again on 12/28/2014 and said we needed network security and charged us $199.99 for I believe a lifetime security. I should have been aware when every time they called it was always a person with a foreign accent, they were hard to understand, always tried to talk over you when you were questioning them about something. Then about 7/ 5/2014 or there about (recently) they called and said that we needed something else that was going to cost about $345.00, that's when I took the phone from my wife and had a heated discussion with the person on the other end. The conversation lasted at least 30 minutes @ which time he told me that I didn't have to buy it and I said that I wasn't going to and that I was going to contact the BBB and my credit cards and that I wanted my $700.00 back. I had not contacted my credit cards or the BBB until 7/12/2014, only because they called on 7/11/2014 and told my wife that they were going to refund our money but they needed or credit card number. He said that they would refund $350.00 one day and the other $350.00 the next day, and something about she was to use some other ladies name and something about living in New Mexico? My wife said absolutely not and that they were scam artists and he became very belligerent and angry with her. I believe we like many others are being ripped off! Please put a stop to this and help get my money back!"

  • the only info I have is what they gave me over the phone. Manager was Steve Gail us tech squad inc. 247 street 29 block A #4 in Harrisburg Pa. (no zip available). 1-855-809-8229. on my credit card statements it reads US TECHSQUAD 247 INC. 1-855-313-2686 CA.
