URGENT APPEAL TO STOP MALPRACTICES IN SUBWAY LOAN--- 6000117678-000

Dear Sir/Madam,

1 Respectfully this is my SOS call for yours intervention to take corrective action to stop the Malpractices which is tarnishing the image of US bank which plays leading role in the World Economic system.

2. Mr. Robert Wofford of Jencas Financial/Subway Financing (972-943-9636) had arranged loan no 600011767800. Since I knew him for years I had no reason not to believe his work/ him BUT this time he had cheated me along with the US bank officials by not disclosing that loan was based on GROSS BASED LOAN (Never heard of it). I have been in contact with Mr. Krista Peterson (COLLECTION)

3. EQUIPMENT FINANCE AGREEMET #1535630 (Copy Enclosed) Loan Amount --$110000. As per the contract I was supposed to make 84 installments of 1823.29 with advance payment of $3646.58.Since I had blind faith in Mr. Robert we just signed the papers

4. I am totally confused what type of loan is this? Here are the details:-
A) Total loan $110000.
b) Total installments $1823.29 FOR 84 Installments (Amount $153048)
c) We have Paid installment (35 X$1823.29= $63770+ $3646.58 (First/ Last Installment cash) Due to injury the modification was granted and paid reduced amount between $500 &$1000.for three months each.

d) Biggest Surprise. Bank was nice by granting modification due to broken knee which had reduced the earning capacity BUT Later on bank had punished me by increasing rate of interest by 2%. Please note that initially Loan was based on GROSSED AMOUNT in which INTEREST RATE HAD no value but how increase of 2%has sky rocked the balance

3 PAY OFF QUOTE issued by payment (Copy Enclosed) we need to pay $1822.29 x 94 =$171396.66 .If we add amount already paid $67324 the net total would be $238720.38. (Loan Amount $110000. Interest $128720.66 Total payment $238720.00) RATE 117%

5 .You are requested to order the investigation / review of loan and find the culprits.
