Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased new carpeting for the house on 4/14/2012,
a few months after that we needed to have the carpet stretched in one room, that was done in a timely manner, However, a few months later the rest of the house needed the carpet stretching,
We have called several times for them to come out and finish the job , they promised they would come out ,and never did . This has been going on since the date of purchase.

We had a carpet company come out and stretch the carpet, they advised us that one of the rooms was not possible to fix because it needed a higher "Nail Tack", therefore it was not done. We paid the carpet company for their service.

I contacted United Wholesale Flooring on 4/5/2016 asking him to come out and fix their error, the man promised that he was going to call back in two hours, he never did.

We still find sharp tacks every so often in the carpet by stepping on them.
I will not deal nor recommend this company to anyone. It has been a very bad experience."
