Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"0n December 10, 2012 I received solicitation for a interest reduction using HAMP government loan. Wired them $895 for the processing fees on 12/13/12. After forwarding many pages of confidential information concerning my present load and financial status and numerous e-mails and phone calls (I have copies of all of this) was told that I had qualified and everything was in the process of finality. Got a call from Daniel White, owner, on 2-7-13 saying that he had negotiated a settlement with MidAmerican Mortgage concerning the January and February payments United told me I did not have to pay due to the PAYMENT GRACE PERIOD I had with the new refinancing. He told me that he had to have $1,735 to forward to them by 2-8-13. By doing that, Those two payments would be satisfied with no penalties or reporting to the credit agencies. That amount was paid as requested .

I have not heard from them on that day or since. In trying to contacting them on the 8th and since then, All of their voice mail boxes are full, they did not respond to e-mails and their FAX numbers are busy or put out of order.

I have exhausted all of my Avenues I know about and do not have the money to retain an attorney. Possibly you can be of some assistance. As stated earlier, I have all of the e-mail communications from them. The names of the people involved with United Plus Processing are Daniel White, Sr. Compliance Manager Jt Howard Sr. Processor, And Jessie Ransom.

  • I was on the inside they never contact your bank. It goes from the telemarketer collecting all household expenses, directly to a paper tray, then to a closer who calls back and asks for the additional pieces of info. Then once they recieve those you get the call back with the request for money. There is no contact in the begining with banks before they quote ur supposedly new rate SCAM
