  • Jul 08, 2012, united national bank (responding party) added:

  • First Tod and Charles made plans to make us the loan knowing that we could not pay it back per bank employee. Plus adding other calaterial on bank note after i left the bank. Tod said he would mail it to me when he got it recorded and failed to do so. Then they refused to work out any plan to keep our family farm which bankruptcy codes say you have the right to keep your family farm. Also, United National Bank only foreclosed on half the farm not Joeys half his name was not in any foreclosure or bankruptcy. The bank refused to take any of my calls.
