"The salesman is very personable and persuasive. He convinced my husband that we could trust him and the company. That was just an illusion. He did a good job of selling the product, but the company has not lived up to their promises, and they will not treat you fairly if problems arises. They will use any excuse to avoid living up to their agreement or seek to find a way to get you to pay again for services you have already paid for. $500.00 is too much to pay for service to a new air conditioner under warrantee."
