Claimant says:
"THEY ARE REFUSING TO TREAT ME AFTER MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF MY PAYING FOR DENTAL WORK. THE DENTIST "KELLI LANG" WHO GRADUATED STATED I NEEDED A CROWN, AND BECAUSE OF HER SCHEDULE SHE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO TAKE ME BEFORE SHE GRADUATED AND SO FOR MONTHS NO ONE CALLED ME SO WHEN I CALLED IN THEY SAID I WAS TO HAVE ERIC WILLIAMS, AND WHEN FINALLY ON JUNE 7TH, 2012 THURSDAY I WENT THERE, THAT PERSON TURNED OUT TO BE ERIN WILLIAMS, SO WHEN SHE WOULD NOT DO THE CROWN AS STATED BY KELLI LANG AS I EXPLAINED THEN SHE LEFT ME SITTING IN THE CHAIR FOR A LONG TIME, AND WHEN I GOT UP AND WENT TO GET A SUPERVISOR AFTER AN HOUR OF TRYING TO GET THE MATTER CLEARED UP THEN THEY KEPT TAKING ME TO SOMEONE DIFFERENT UNTIL FINALLY A DR. PRINE ACTED MAD AND TOOK ME TO DR. LINDA WELLS, WHO EXPLAINED THAT THIS WAS A TEACHING FACILITY, LIKE AFTER 30 YEARS SHE FELT SHE HAD TO TELL ME THAT? SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM, JUST TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER OUTSIDE DENTIST FROM NOW ON, THEN THE FIRST PERSON MET ME AT THE FRONT DOOR ALONG WITH THIS ERIN WILLIAMS AND SAID SHE WOULD THEN RESCHEDULE ME, AND THEN I GET THIS CERTIFIED LETTER YESTERDAY STATING THAT THEY WOULD NO LONGER TREAT ME. SO AT 77 I AM NOT NEEDED ANY LONGER? I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE DIVISION OF AGING IF THIS CANNOT BE RESOLVED. IS SHE TEACHING THE STUDENT A LESSON OR ME?"
