Claimant says:
"Tom installed my boiler system 2 years ago in Jan/2014. In Jan/2014 is broke down. One of his associates came over, fixed it ($250), 3 hours later..it died again. Tom then came a week after.
Said the automatic start needed re-ordering. After that visit, he disappeared. I would call him,
make appts, he would say yes ..never show up. Each time he would agree to an appt., I would
have to take off work, only for him to never show or call. I texted him, nothing. Imagine this year's winter!
I was freezing my butt off. I had to heat my room up with a small unit heater. My entire
house was below 0.! I tried reasoning with him during these past 5 months. Last month I saw him
driving in neighborhood, red light! I got out of my car...spoke to him, he didn't know where to hide.
He again said ...''call me''. I called, made appt., took off work .... ''never showed up" .!
I think it's time to stop. I've also asked him for receipts, paperwork on unit so I can go through
manufacturer and nothing. I've called 3 other plumbers, they are not familiar with unit. I'm calling
another one, I hope he can help!"
