Claimant says:
"I allowed Tyrone Aiken to sublet my apartment and I found out that he had not paid the rent for more than 12 months. Eventually he was evicted, but I am the one left responsible for the past due rent. The entire time he was living in the apartment he was responding to attorney letters with my signature. He went as far as appearing in a NY court and signed paperwork with my name."

  • Tyrone died in 2015.  I used to work and be friends with him 20 yrs ago.  Forget about collecting a judgement from his family.   They have no $$.   He was always borrowing $$ and never paying back.  Lived way beyond his means.  Nice and talented guy, who could not manage $$.  Terrible what happened to you.  Remember, for the future, " No good deed goes unpunished".  Good luck to you.
