Claimant says:
"I had locked my keys in the car while the engine was running. I called Tustin Locksmith and was quote a price of $29 for the drive out and $25 to get the car door open. I was quoted the price twice, one by the dispatch and one by the technician. When the technician showed up he started on the lock. He was doing a combination technique on the lock. The technician went back to his truck wrote out a reciept charging me $156 to open the door and $29 for trip out. I said WHAT!!!!! He gave me some BS about I have a eight key combination, but he did not use the combination technique he use a long metal rod on the drive side to roll down the passenger window. The techician said if I paid cash he would gave me a 15% discount. I ended up paying due to the engine was running. I called the customer service and I was on hold for 15 minutes and they disconnect me. Very shady Company."
