Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"We placed a complaint with our homeowners insurance regarding this company. They came out twice to fix our AC unit and did nothing. We were without AC for three weeks. We have small kids, one of which has debilitating asthma and cannot withstand high temperatures. Our home as regestering 95 degrees. We eventually sent our children away to relatives houses. We live in Lousisiana and the highest temperature was 102. The third attempt resulted in threats to not come at all with extremely poor customer service to say the least. We are still without air on a day that they said they woud be here between 1200 noon and 4:00 and it is 6:00pm! This company is run by a bunch of untrained monkeys and I wouldn't reccomend this company to my worst enemy who was burning in hell."
