Claimant says:
"I took my 32" JVC Television to Gerald Douglas Sorensen(Treasure Coast Electronics) for repair on 11/04/2016. I paid Mr. Sorensen $35(See "T C Electronics_20161106") to diagnose the problem. On 11/09/2016 he called and told me that he had to order a special part to solve the problem. The part and his labor amounted to $112.06, which I paid(See "T C Electronics_20161109"). I called Mr. Sorensen in December 2016 to inquire about my television and was told that he was waiting for the part. Numerous calls to both his land line and cell phone since then have not been returned.
I am contemplating getting the police involved and filing in small claims court."

  • I, too, was bamboozled by Mr Gerald Doug Sorensen and in the process of taking him to small claims court   He took in my TV in Nov 2105 and sold it to Mexico, his words,  instead of repairing it for me.  He promised to make it right and has failed to do so since.  He should be in jail   He has numerous bad yelp and BBB reviews
