Claimant says:
"I booked a flight with Travelocity on US Air July 22, 2010 from Raleigh Durham Airport to Philadelphia PA on flight number3241 returning from Philadelphia PA to Raleigh Durham on July 28, 2010, confirmation # 601904871620 and upon completing the transacttion attempted to pay for the flight with my state empoloyees credit union checkcard and was unsuccessful in that transaction. I then contacted Travelocity explaiining I was trying to pay for the flight and was having problems. I provided the agent with the details of my flight reservation listed above and gave my credit card information. I was told they too were having difficulties. It was in the middle of the night; therefore, they advised I give them three hours and if they did not call me back, call them. When I awoke later that day I called back and successfully had the flight charged to my card. Upon returning I discovered Travelocity charged me for two flights. On investigation I was told I booked online and on the phone with their agent which I denied. I was told to give them seventy two hours to review their recordings and if they did not find a call verifyihg my booking on the phone, they would handle reimbursement. I was later told although they did not find any recording based on the notes of the agent who charged my account, it appeared that I booked with her. This is incorrect and the only reason she had my flight information is because I provided it to her. I have now been told to contact consumer.relations@travelocity.com and cannot get through a specific office to handle the dispute. I am on disabiality and fixed income and need my money and feel that I should be reimbursed with interest as this problem should have been immediately resolved on their part. I further advised that I had a witness here for the entire transaction. My email address is sadiqqamalik2009@yahoo.com or reneeking@att.net and my home number is 919-872-0820.
