Dennis H. says: The guarantee that you never pay for cancellation on the web site is not totally true. The hotel can charge you a cancellation fee and travelocity passes the fee to your account. The no guarantee advertisement is not totally true and it can be very misleading. Travelocity did credit my account for u$150 but I have not seen it yet but I also have not used Travelocity since dispute.

Hans K. says: They do not disclose hidden fee's. Unwillingly to work with customer to resolve any issue. And with every person you talk to price will change not by a little but $500.00 and more
