Claimant says:
"I took my car there to get my trans fixed including rebuilding it and replacing radiator and trans cooler for $ 2000. They were supposed to flush the cooling system and refill the fluids but all they did was put just water in the radiator and told me to take it somewere else to get it flushed asap. I called tires plus in Germantown. On my way my car started acting up and my check engine light came on. I made it as far as the nb exit ramp on county line rd and the car just died. I had to get it towed to tires plus. During the inspection of my car they discovered why my car overheated and quit. The guys at trans express when they were replacing my radiator they never took the shipping plugs off the radiator and when they put it back together one of the plugs was lodged in the radiator hose which prevented the water from even circulating through the engine which caused internal engine damage. The manager at tires plus took pictures of the lodged plug and contaminated fluids.What I'm saying is because of their negligence my engine has internal damage and I had get it towed. plus I had to pay tires plus for their work. The bottom line is none of it wouldn't have happened If trans x had done their job correctly in the first place and now I'm out of my money I shouldn't be and it's not right. They should be held responsible and give me my money back."
