Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Mice everywhere. We have asked the landlord on several occasions to do something about the rodent infestation, but they've just multiplying. Tired of mouse poop on my desk and seeing the little bastards running all over our offices. This is a landlord responsibility and a health hazard. Something needs to be done. Tired of our requests being ignored. NO follow up, no solutions. They just don't seem to care. If I can catch a snake , I'll release it in the building and let it eat the mice."
