Claimant says:
"I sent in order for Trusty Cane and I kept being told that it was on backorder. finally I checked my order on my computer. When It came up it showed my order was declined I did used my debit card. I then called the bank and when they checked my account they told me that no attempt was made to collect and deduct it from my account and that I had plenty of money in my account. The amount was about $37.00. When I called them back and told them what the bank had said, they could not explain it.

  • I just want you people to know that you have caused me great anguish on how
    I was treated. If I did not contact my bank you would have gotten away with
    this terrible injustice. I have never had any trouble with any other company.

    I hope you never put anyone else through this.

What Claimant Wants Hide
Message from Claimant: Since they caused me great anxiety and in thinking my money was not
available. Never once notified me what happened or why. All they did
was keep me hanging with the Cane was on backorder never letting me
know my order was declined until I checked with Company on my
computer.
