Claimant says:
"i went to sun tan 2000 last year i was very unhappy with the results after 3 times so i told them that and wanted to cancell the person on the phone said ok and then next month i recieved another charge on my card so i called again to cancell was never told i had to come in person, so i cancelled my card so that i would not recieve further charges. i never recieved any contact either by text or phone that i needed to come in person to cancell. then a year later with not even a notice i got a letter from a collection agency for 800 dollars. then i called tan 2000 and ask for a manager they said we can not give you info on when they will be here. i gave my number, called next day they said you have been cancelled after they said i had to go in person. after 7 phone calls i have not heard from them. the rules seem to change how can i keep this off my credit? this can ruin someones life. i dont know how to deal with such a scam. my name is terry davidson at 423 741 3444"
